The project will be symbolized by our mascot/puppet, 'The Little Prince'. This prince will start his 1 year journey in Menen (Belgium), leave the country and will have different stops at primary schools all over the planet (Northern Europe, North-America, South-America, Africa, Asia, Australia,…) before returning back to Belgium. At these primary schools all over the world the little prince will be welcomed and he will learn about children’s rights, gets insight on sustainable development programs and local pollution problems and how people deal with it,…

When the little prince has arrived in a primary school, local teachers and their pupils will get in contact with the teachers and the pupils from primary school ‘De Kleine Prins’ to tell about the adventures of the little prince. To avoid languages barriers information on the themes mentioned above are shared through pictures, video material, Skype sessions, …
